The quality of the work was great. In particular, they thoroughly cleaned up the area after the work was completed. (You have no idea what a pain it is to pick up hundreds of bits of asphalt shingle from your lawn; unfortunately, I have had that experience with other contractors.) I am very pleased with a skylight that they installed and am considering asking them to install another one.
They did not do a whole roof, they just fixed parts that needed fixing. I liked their honesty. I haven't had to call them back to fix or change anything since the job was done several years ago. They're honest and straightforward, and I would give them an A.
I found K & R Roofmasters to be a great company, Robert Wood and his employees always showed up on time and provided prompt, efficient service. The work done was good and solved the problems on my roof. I would definitely use this company again!

K&R RoofMasters installed a new roof on 31 year old house about 3 years ago. In addition to removing the old shingles, a few plywood roof panels were replaced. We went with the slightly higher cost architectural shingle, and the are well worth it. We have had no problems with the job--well done. K&R RoofMasters have also installed Leaf Relief covers on most of the gutters on our house. They did an excellent job and these covers are working well.
I have had K&R out on two occasions. The first was to install ridge vents, fix seals and add a fan. The second time was to repair and clean gutters. Their crews are professional, quick, and get the job done right the first time. Highly recommended.
Robert iand his team are great. Well prepared, efficient, great work ethic and follow-up. Handled both a larger and a smaller job for us and both times, projects were done efficiently and issues taken care of.

We had a leak in our roof and called K&R. Robert came out and patched a few things. A few months later the leak re-appeared. Robert came out but could not isolate the leak, but he told me to try and take attic photos of the leak during the next rain. I did that and Robert came right out and isolated and repaired the leak. He did not charge me for the secondary repairs because he stands by his initial work.
They did an excellent job repairing the leak in my roof. Very price competitive. The job was done quickly and since it has been several months, we have had no other issue. This of course means quality
K&R RoofMasters put a new roof on our house in March 2014. I got 4 estimates. K&R was the only one that went into my attic to evaluate the state of the existing roof. Their estimate was very competitive. Their work was very good and professional. About a week after the roof was finished we got a very heavy rain. It revealed a small issue. I called Robert and he was out to our house that day taking care of the problem. Great work!
We had K&R replace the roof on our 40+ year old home. The process was easy, the pricing fair, and the job was completed on time. Clean up was thorough. New roof looks great - we have received several compliments.

The service was professional and the information given to me before I chose this company was very exact as to what I should receive. Robert, company owner, gave me addresses of houses that had new roofs by his company for me to see and talk to the owners.
Exellent work : Arrived on time and completed both projects in 1 day. Complete strip off and reroof on a house and out bldg. Made repairs on roof that were unseen until strip off. Work men were very polite and worked until completion even though temp was close to 100 and humidity was awful. Clean up when completed and removed all debris. Yard looked like they were never there.
K&R RoofMasters came out to my home quickly and very thoroughly inspected my roof to determine the exact cause of the leak. Turns out my skylight was old and needed to be replaced. They took pictures of everything they noted to show me exactly the state my roof, skylight and attic crevices were in. Repairs were done shortly after and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work! It was a wonderful experience all around! Thank you K&R!!!

The only person to respond to my cry's for help when my roof was leaking and made a temporary patch to save my living room ceiling until correct repairs were made. Robert showed us how a complete roof was constructed and function. We looked at repair options and decided that a full complete roof system was the best choice.
